The Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a company is responsible for executing the business strategy.  Our Virtual COO services are best for smaller companies that do not yet require the services of a full-time COO but have a need for development or refinement of the business strategy as well as a management system through which to execute the strategy.  The difference between our Interim versus Virtual COO service is that as an Interim COO we will be onsite full time; through our Virtual COO service we are onsite as needed to execute the goals of the assignment.

Since our entire focus is on execution (through our accountability management system) we are ideally positioned to provide Virtual COO support for companies in transition. This is a much lower-cost option and, through our process, we are able to efficiently develop or refine the business strategy as needed and allocate accountability for execution to the appropriate members of the management team.

Working hands on with members of the management team and through the process of customizing the Critical Factors Management System we are able to develop aggressive but achievable revenue and sales growth targets; implement expense, cost and margin controls; and manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals.

Most importantly, due to our experience with seamless integration of the Critical Factors Management System into a variety of companies, there will be no interruption in productivity as we get underway.  We are able to gain buy-in from the management team and the rest of the workforce, execute the business strategy in an environment of accountability and deliver quantifiable results within 45 days.
