Welcome and thank you for considering an engagement with THE KINNEY GROUP.
I have applied over thirty years of diverse, international executive management experience with well-financed to financially-challenged companies in start-up, growth, turnaround, financing and exit mode to assemble a proven team of trusted advisors in every area of business management as well as to develop the Critical Factors Management System as the most effective system for executing ANY business strategy.
Personally, I very much enjoy working directly alongside my clients and their management teams to EXECUTE strategies to optimize profitability on a sustainable basis and thereby maximize business valuation through the Critical Factors Management System.
In terms of my background, after graduation from Harvard University with a degree in Economics, I worked with the Mayor of Providence, RI as Chief Administrative Aide and managed all operational departments of the city. Thereafter I have held positions with the following commercial enterprises:

My passion has always been to develop systematic processes to optimize efficiency. My selected accomplishments include:
- the development of a corporate performance management system (Critical Factors) customizable to the requirements of companies of any size in any industry (now available through The Kinney Group, Vantera Partners and Executive Performance Group)
- a proprietary technology to power ratings systems, recommendation engines and parental control systems for the entertainment industry
- testifying before the U.S. Senate on three occasions as an expert witness related to the impact of media content on children
- a sales system for a Fortune 500 company that resulted in a sustained 225% increase in productivity
- the development of a pioneer company and national leader in the brokerage of residential real estate financing
